Kaitlyn was baptized last Sunday. We all had such a wonderful time. Grandma Kristine and Papa Marty were named as her Godparents. It was so nice to have Father Dunphy baptize her. He has given me all of my sacraments(including baptism 12-10-94) and baptized Brandon.

The morning of the baptism I weighed in...down to 142..thats 18 total lbs lost. Not really following WW anymore but still eating proper portions. :0)

I just got her the cutest pair of Vans the other day.

I stayed home sick on Wednesday due to bronchitis. Dave took Kaitlyn out to buy me chicken for homeade soup. I just love these pics of her in her "jogging suit"

One Year Ago.....

Back on the Wagon

Went to store yesterday and came home to

her passed out on Daddy's lap.

So, I don't know if you noticed but I haven't blogged about my weight loss lately. That's because I took a break from the diet. I was at a plateau for 3 weeks so I decided to take a couple weeks off and start again later.

It's definitely been nice eating things like doughnuts and cookies again. Although, I have learned to proper portion sizes and I can now control myself.

And the results are...I actually lost one pound. I am at 145.2. I would still like to loose a bit more so I have started up again as of today. I would like to be a bit thinner for Kaitlyn's Baptism (March 29th). 135 here I come :)

6 Month Dr. Report

Tonight Kaitlyn had her 6 month appointment. Everything went well....Dr. says she looks great. She thinks she might be getting a tooth in the back of her mouth....very odd. My little piggy only gained less than one lb. since the last appointment (she sure eats like a champ though), but the doc says it may be due to her increased activity and that its ok. Official weight was 13lbs. 14 oz. Only 3 shots this time and she seems to be fine as of now.

Can't believe how fast the time has past. Next she'll be going to prom :(

Talk talk talk....

In the past week, Kaitlyn discovered that she has a voice...it sounds like she is upset but she "talks" like this all day. It's hilarious! She also knows she can make herself cough now and that it gets her atttention.
